Adult Dance & Flexibility
No experience required.
If you’ve always wanted to take dance classes or if you have past dance experience and just want to get back into it, this class is for you.
We focus on basic dance techniques and flexibility. You will learn easy to follow choreography, become more flexible, and gain confidence with your body and in dance.
Week to week may be different learning Hip Hop Dance, Contemporary, Ballet Barre workouts, Basic Jazz and Ballet Steps, and learning the correct way dancers stretch and improve flexibility.
